Delhivery is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Chat Support Manager, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
As a Chat Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of chat support agents, overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring customer interactions, providing guidance and feedback to team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for training new team members, creating and implementing process improvements, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, be a team player, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
