Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support in their car buying experiences - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on the various car options available - Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and facilitate customer transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
