Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the online platforms to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of any issues. - Coordinate with various teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to optimize the online customer experience. - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance online operations and drive growth. - Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions. - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online operations.
