Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Ola Cabs, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the operational processes of our company in Delhi. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations - Assist in managing projects and initiatives to drive company goals - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement best practices and protocols - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in operations management - Knowledge of project management principles - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and adaptable personality - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Proven track record of driving operational efficiency
