Operations Associate

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Licious in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization. - Assist in the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to streamline operations. - Work closely with suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing and terms. - Manage projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements: - Proven experience in operations management or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Resilient and resourceful attitude. - Soft skills in negotiation and project management. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
