Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, AR collections, and processing payments. 2. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues. 5. Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review. 6. Assist with month-end close processes and audits related to accounts receivable. 7. Utilize project management skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 8. Utilize negotiation skills to communicate with customers and resolve payment disputes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Hardworking and reliable personality traits. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 8. Familiarity with leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
