Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at BookMyShow, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to expand the company's market reach and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential business opportunities by researching industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings. 3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and reach out to new customers. 5. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong planning and communication skills. 4. Reliable and energetic personality. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience in the entertainment or ticketing industry is a plus.
