Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Rebel Foods is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and resilient. Additionally, the Chat Support Specialist should have soft skills such as adaptability and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. 3. Educate customers on Rebel Foods' products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continually improve the customer support process. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management tools. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
