Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Hilton is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to work from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who possess excellent communication skills, are reliable, and adaptable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication. 2. Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 3. Providing product and service information to clients. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 5. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. 6. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations to drive client retention and loyalty. 8. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs.
