Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team at Blinkit. This position will be remote and part-time, with the opportunity to grow within the company. As an Entry Level Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Help with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Basic project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
