Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Cult.fit is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be conducted remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Ensure all client inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Work closely with the sales team to drive client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
