Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of independence, hard work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
