Job Description:

As a Contact Center Officer at MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem solve customer inquiries. 5. Maintain a high level of confidence in handling customer interactions effectively. 6. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures.
