Customer Care Officer

Job Description: Faasos, a leading food delivery company in Delhi, is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of prior experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and possess strong research and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Research and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their order status - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics - Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Drive to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Energetic and positive attitude
