Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Shaadi.com. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from the comfort of your own home. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 6. Strategic planning capabilities. 7. Independent and resilient personality traits. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 9. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
