Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent cooperation and people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
