Job Description:
Blinkit is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team. This position will allow you to work remotely from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Taking ownership of customer concerns and following through to resolution - Identifying opportunities for improving customer service processes
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strategic planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
