Job Description:

Paytm, a leading digital payment platform, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 7. Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection.
