Job Description: Zoho Corporation is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are looking to grow and develop their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in using our products and services. 2. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the Customer Success Manager. 3. Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support. 5. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage projects effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5. Experience working in customer service or a similar role is a plus. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
