Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager for our office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Lead customer onboarding and training sessions - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience - Provide strategic guidance to customers on maximizing the value of our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to proactively address any issues - Drive customer retention and renewal efforts


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - People management and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings
