Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Rebel Foods is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Customer Success Manager in a mid-to-senior level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues they may have, and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and provide personalized support - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
