Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Sun Pharma is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with customer onboarding and retention initiatives - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred
