Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with strong time management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and cultivate relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved - Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Work closely with sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and concerns - Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze data to improve customer satisfaction - Coordinate with marketing team to promote new products and services to existing customers - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on our platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
