Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Ather Energy, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer based in Delhi, IN, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a reliable and confident personality. Soft skills such as cooperation and research are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time assistance and support to customers through live chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Reliable and confident personality with a cooperative and research-oriented approach - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
