Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and communications. No prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are reliable, confident, detail-oriented, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time customer support via live chat on our website and mobile app - Assist customers with booking rides, resolving issues, and answering inquiries - Respond to customer feedback and reviews in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Must be reliable and confident in handling customer inquiries - Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps - Must be able to work part-time hours in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
