Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions - Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and understanding company products, services, and procedures - Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed - Use strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and optimize chat interactions for efficiency and customer satisfaction - Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service - Monitor chat performance metrics and strive to achieve KPI targets set by the company

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Experience with people management and strategic planning is a plus - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
