Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team and work from home. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or related fields, who are looking to kickstart their career in the rapidly growing online education industry. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising - Coordinate and execute marketing activities such as content creation, event planning, and market research - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives - Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing communications

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong soft skills, including innovative thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
