Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

The Mahindra Group is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through online web chat platforms - Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to think on your feet - People management skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Proficiency in written communication and ability to multitask - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software
