Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team at Cred in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This is a part-time position with a minimum requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner - Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving billing issues, and updating account information - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support in the onboarding process for new clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product features, updates, and best practices - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Support the Account Managers in compiling reports and analysis to track client performance and provide insights for growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record in time management and prioritization - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills: - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
