Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Toppr is looking for a Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their queries or concerns - Make outbound calls for follow-up on customer issues or to provide information about our products and services - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong leadership and planning skills - Comfortable with using CRM software and other call center tools
