Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

PharmEasy is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a call center environment. The ideal candidate should be resourceful and reliable, able to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding orders, product inquiries, and general information. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Place outbound calls to follow up with customers on their orders or to provide updates. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems. 6. Planning and innovation skills to adapt to changing situations. 7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
