Job Description:
Ola Electric is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with exceptional service - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet personal/team call handling quotas and targets - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements: - Adaptable and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment - Energetic and able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm throughout the workday - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong strategic planning abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
