Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Quikr is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions. This role requires a confident and independent individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Conduct research and critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Confidence in dealing with a high volume of customer calls. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions on customer inquiries. 4. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
