Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Dailyhunt in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and support for our users. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support processes and efficiency. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to achieve KPIs. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve service delivery. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for chat support team members. 7. Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Chat Support Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Confident and driven personality traits. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficient in chat support tools and systems. 8. Experience in analyzing data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
