Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer queries and providing guidance on product features - Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems - Communicating effectively and professionally with customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to think critically - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be a team player and willing to build strong connections with colleagues
