Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Zoomcar is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy and understanding - Providing accurate information about Zoomcar's products, services, and policies - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Adhering to company guidelines and policies for customer support

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - A positive and customer-centric attitude - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
