Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
