Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client needs - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and performance metrics to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box - High level of cooperation and a collaborative approach to problem-solving - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
