Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Zerodha is looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, dedicated, have excellent presentation skills, and possess strong research abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses 2. Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries 3. Conducting research to enhance client understanding and provide relevant information 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery 5. Maintaining client records and ensuring accuracy of information 6. Assisting in the preparation of client reports and presentations 7. Supporting the team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 6. Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus
