Job Description - Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Infosys is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Ability to work well in a team and manage people effectively - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work remotely - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Ability to work flexible hours as needed
