Job Description: Toppr is looking for a talented Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a customer care or related role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor customer care metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. - Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes and standards. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in a customer care management role, preferably in a remote setting. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Driven and reliable personality traits, with a focus on delivering results. - Innovative thinking and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer care tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
