Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
