Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Educating customers on product features, promotions, and services. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful with a positive attitude. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. Fluency in English and Hindi. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
