Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Livspace is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues on a global scale. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for assisting with customer success initiatives to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and provide them with timely and accurate information. 2. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Help onboard new customers and provide them with training on our products and services. 4. Collect feedback from customers to help improve our products and services. 5. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate customer success initiatives. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
