Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Sun Pharma is looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Delhi, Delhi, IN. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with a confident and dedicated personality, who possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Answer incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery inquiries 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 4. Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
