Job Description:
IBM India is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This is an Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product related questions, technical issues, and escalations - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and proactively manage workload - A driven and confident personality - Experience working remotely and using remote communication tools - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
