Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Google India, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, optimize SEO, manage social media accounts, and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. 2. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. 5. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. 6. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends. 7. Assist in creating marketing collateral such as email campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements. 8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Motivated and passionate about digital marketing. 8. Strong people management and innovation skills.
