Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

NoBroker is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat, helping them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong desire to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Guide customers through the NoBroker platform, helping them navigate features and services. 4. Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to persuade customers to take necessary actions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools.
