Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Pine Labs, a leading financial technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations and a strong understanding of online customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client communications across various platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online client experience - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on client feedback

Requirements: - Resilient and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong adaptability and decision-making skills to handle a variety of client situations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with online client relations and customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
