Job Description:
Zerodha, a leading online trading platform in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join their team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, driven, have a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone to address any queries or concerns they may have regarding the platform, their accounts, or trading activities - Assist clients in navigating the online platform, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting any problems they may encounter - Educate clients on the various tools and features available on the platform to enhance their trading experience - Work closely with the customer service team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Must be dedicated, driven, and have a genuine interest in the financial industry
